The cheapest rate is only available on a few random days, but the more common rate of $115 isn’t a bad alternative. For weekends, the rates go up to average - and sometimes way above average - levels. The good news is that the hotel has a Rates and Availability Calendar for this promo so you can see which nights are available for which rates.

The hotel is offering the promo because it is in the middle of renovating - so if you hate works in progress, look elsewhere.
